How do I create my digital business card?

Open DCard, tap the Card tab, and enter your contact details — name, title, company, phone, email, and more. A QR code is automatically generated from your information.

How does someone scan my card?

Show your QR code on screen (use the Present tab for full-screen mode). The other person simply points their phone camera at the QR code — no app needed on their end. Your contact details are saved automatically.

Can I scan physical business cards?

Yes! Tap the Scan Card button in the Contacts tab. Photograph any physical business card and DCard’s on-device AI will extract the contact information for you to review and save.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored on your device. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your data is synced securely so you can access it on other devices. We do not sell or share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I sync across devices?

Sign in with your Apple or Google account in Settings. Your card, design preferences, and scanned contacts will sync automatically to any device where you sign in with the same account.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and tap Sign Out or Clear Device Data. To request complete deletion of your server-side data, email us at support@getdcard.com.
